docs: add per-OS download section to the landing page - #77

Group the installers by platform (macOS / Windows / Linux) in a card grid on the landing page so visitors can grab the right build fast, with a link to all downloads + checksums on the latest release. Mirrored on the French landing page. Links point at /releases/latest so they stay current across versions.
