docs: use direct installer download links on the landing page - #78

Replace the per-OS 'releases/latest' links with direct one-click links to each v0.1.0 installer (dmg/msi/exe/deb/rpm/AppImage), so visitors download without the extra release-page hop. Windows now lists x64 + ARM64 (both .msi and .exe). Verified the URLs resolve (HTTP 200). Mirrored on the French landing page. Note: these pin v0.1.0 — bump the version in the links on each release (the 'all downloads' link at the bottom stays version-agnostic).
