v0.5.0

The extension is slowly becoming more popular. It's time to put more effort into it. Furthermore after about a year of using the extension and hammering out bugs, it's good enough for an Alpha release.

Note to v0.4.2 users
If you are running v0.4.2 there's a problem with the migrations and you will need to delete the extension data when you upgrade. First disable the extension, run Delete Data, then update the extension normally.

Changes

New event
Added the event anubisbb.intercept.bypass. This enables other extensions to bypass AnubisBB using their own checks.

New settings
A number of new settings have been added to harden security, mainly to fight headless Chrome, and a setting to bypass AnubisBB based on which URL the visitor is on. Removed the so called early intercept setting. Now the extension runs as early as possible for all use cases.
