🐛 Bug Fixes

One Scrollbar in Pulse Instead of Two

Pulse no longer scrolls as a whole. Everything that can overflow scrolls inside the view — the
working surface, and the status column beside it on a wide window — while the header with the
title, the project state and the agent switch stays where it is.

Pulse fills the content area, but it was still sitting inside the scroller that every view gets
by default. Whenever the surface asked for a few pixels more than the window had, a second
scrollbar appeared next to the one Pulse already had, and dragging it took the header along.

Pulse Cards Keep Their Own Row

Two cards side by side now end at the same line, and a card left without a partner takes the
whole row instead of leaving half a row empty next to it. Both only apply where the cards sit
below the conversation — beside it the column is one card wide and unchanged.

Chart Legends Are No Longer Cut Off

The legend under a metrics donut takes the room it actually needs. It used to be given a fixed
height, and a label that wrapped to a third line — "Abgeschlossen" and "Blockiert" under the
same donut — was cut off at the card edge.

Status and Progress Are Written in the App Language

The status and progress evaluations now say which language they are for, the same way the
welcome box, the chat, the Distiller and the suggestions already did. Their text goes straight
into the Pulse cards, so an English sentence in a German app — or the reverse — was visible
immediately.

Both evaluations also read the project data and the previous evaluation, and without an anchor
they simply continued in the language they found there. The instruction is now explicit: take
the app language, translate what you quote from the project, and never mix two languages in one
sentence. An English UI gets the same anchor, which it did not have at all before.

Note: Stored evaluations keep the language they were written in until the project is
evaluated again — use Projekt neu durchsehen / Review project to refresh them.
