Changelog - v1.41.1

This update fixes a slow start for accounts whose personal files were synchronized before personal
encryption keys existed, and a broken desktop shortcut after updates on Windows.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Start no longer stalls on older personal files: on some accounts, TensorPM checked every
  personal file entry against a copy the server still held from before personal keys, and each
  check failed. With many files this kept the app busy for minutes after starting, and the sync
  status showed thousands of "upload failed" entries. Such entries are now replaced once by your
  own, encrypted version in the background, and the start stays responsive.
• Fewer, clearer sync messages: when the same problem hits many entries of a table, it is
  reported once with a count instead of once per entry. Messages from earlier attempts disappear
  on their own after the next successful upload.
• Windows: desktop shortcut keeps working after updates: on Windows the desktop shortcut could
  stop working after TensorPM installed an update on quit ("The item … is no longer available").
  Updates now leave the installed app intact if a file is still in use, and installations already
  damaged this way are repaired by the next update.

🏗️ Improvements

• Checking personal file entries before an upload uses a new database index and no longer reads
  whole tables, which makes starting and synchronizing faster on large accounts.
• Long uploads pause briefly and regularly, so the app stays usable while they run.

📝 Notes

• The first start after the update may upload your personal file entries once in the background.
  This happens only once and does not change their content.
