macOS Users: If you see "app is damaged" error, run this command in Terminal:

xattr -cr /Applications/Markdown\ Reader.app

This removes the quarantine flag from unsigned apps.

Note

Chrome/Edge extension

Download the extension.zip and then unzip it, then Install in Browser

For Chrome:

1. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/
2. Enable Developer mode (toggle in the top-right corner)
3. Click Load unpacked
4. Select the extension folder from the downloaded files
5. Done! The extension icon will appear in your toolbar

For Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Edge and navigate to edge://extensions/
2. Enable Developer mode (toggle in the left sidebar)
3. Click Load unpacked
4. Select the extension folder
5. The extension is now installed!

For Brave/Vivaldi/Opera:

The process is similar - navigate to your browser's extension management page and load the extension folder as an unpacked extension.

流程类似 - 进入浏览器的扩展管理页面，加载 extension 文件夹即可。
