Citation metadata release for Agent Authority Infrastructure.

This release adds the the Zenodo concept DOI to the public framework citation metadata and keeps the repository aligned with the archived framework record.

Changes:

  • Added Concept DOI references to README and citation metadata
  • Updated framework metadata version
  • Added automated release publishing for future tagged releases

No framework content, public architecture, examples, policy context, or implementation details changed.

This repository does not include NeoXFortress Gateway implementation internals, policy DSL schemas, receipt schemas, signing code, or ledger code.
