Published for rollback. The current release is v16.2.0 — install that one.

v16.1.0 carries the same consensus rules as v16.2.0: V16 activates at #30,000, first DTD Jackpot V2 #30,186. It is kept downloadable so that a rollback from v16.2.0 is a real option and not a local-file promise, and so its hashes stay verifiable.

One caveat if you roll back: a wallet encrypted with v16.2.0 (version: 2) cannot be read by this binary. Keep your v1 wallet file until the encrypted one has mined a block.
