How to open the commit view by ID?

If I have an exact commit ID, I'd like the ability to directly open the NeogitCommitView with that commit.

It seems there aren't any commands for this. In fugitive, there was a whole buffer name scheme. It seems this doesn't have anything like that? What's the best way to open a commit directly in lua?

I figured it out:
