🚀 feat: Add config-global and create-config commands with TUI prompts

Add new CLI commands for global Git configuration and SSH config/key setup:
- config-global: Interactive global Git settings (user, pager, GPG, Windows-specific)
- create-config: Creates SSH config and key.pub for provider/organization
- New sshutils package for SSH agent and key utilities
- Refactor isValidSSHKeyFormat to shared sshutils package
