LD-Jam-Fixes

Post-Jam fixes-only version. Actually a pretty small list:

• Reduced download size by about 25%.
• Fixed Excavator not unlocking.
• Fixed Excavator crash on deconstruction.
• Fixed Excavator sprite offset.
• Removed two infinite resource loops (anvil firefly giving out unlimited metal, and coal bin construction generating coal).
