Post-jam polish

• Fix duplicate game end text.
• Add unlock for player-built metal frame, conditional on talking to workshop or having a metal frame.
• Cleaned up music files.
• Try to set window title.
• Fixed item descriptions not showing.
• Jazzed up item descriptions.
• Excavator moves resources more consistently and doesn't lag the game when it wants to move a lot of resources.
• Live the excavator particles dream.
