[Feat]: Anima support

Its quality and adherence is better and it’s small.

What would you like to see as a solution?

Ability to train Anima once the diffusers library implements support for the model.

except in very unusual cases, we only add models that are supported by the diffusers library because OneTrainer uses this library for model loading and modelling.

therefore this feature request is waiting for huggingface/diffusers#13067 at least

I dug into it a little bit and it feels that this:

is the closest thing to official training script that we will get. It has same email in profile as stated in model card on HF, so I am assuming it is official.

they state for legal/licensing reasons that it's derived from that, but it doesn't appear to be the same architecture
