docs: embed every captured screenshot; add --check-embeds guard
Embed the remaining 20 captured screenshots (dashboard, grading grid and
single-point layouts, group grading, news flashes, student profile, CEFR
overview/detail, learning path, statistics, activity dashboard, messages,
notifications, moderation queue, settings, privacy, portal home and share
code) so all 38 captured images are visible in the documentation.
The capture script gains a --check-embeds mode: browser-free, it exits
non-zero listing every captured (✅) screenshot not embedded in at least
one wiki page, so CI can fail the run and refuse to publish a state where
images sit in images/ without ever being shown.

Brings every wiki page up to date with the current app: corrected tech
stack and storage model, removed the retired Microsoft 365 integration
notes, added pages for tests & practice, flashcards, the student portal,
a FAQ, a getting-started tour, and the screenshot capture pipeline
(checklist + capture script + manual-capture guide).
Screenshot checklist is pushed in the uncaptured state so the
capture-wiki-screenshots workflow can capture and publish the PNGs.
