Rust Rewrite of public-db-tools (#325)
* Fixup table order in _TableSchemas.json
* Make -include/-exclude work for -export
* Rewrite in Rust
This is meant to produce character identical outputs for import and
export as well as import-schema
CLI behavior for the common use cases remains the same
Differences are:
- not multiple tasks in one command (e.g. import+export)
- flags cannot be given a value (e.g. --update-only=true fails)
- help text is preserved with little deviation, but formatting is different
- giving an option/switch multiple times gives an error
This is meant as a baseline implementation with as little changes as
possible to make further changes on.
