Description
Steps to reproduce
- Install mail app
- Do not enable greylisting
Expected behavior
No error on greylist in rspand management UI
Actual behavior

Root cause
The issue is caused by the actions.j2 template, it should read:

# greylisting disabled
{% else -%}
greylist = 5;
{% endif -%}
