v0.5.0 ships triage multi-round discussion, the pre-merge staging soak, and the first-class codex harness with per-environment proxy (PR #12). Bump the consumer wrapper pins (uses: ...@ + olympus_ref) and the README/setup version references from v0.4.0 to v0.5.0, in lockstep, ahead of cutting the tag.
