feat: enhance AutoBIDSify, AI search display, and preview reliability

Summary

This PR includes improvements across AutoBIDSify, dataset search, and the preview system.

AutoBIDSify

• Add EEG file type detection.
• Recognize EEG files during the planning stage.
• Classify EEG file kind and modality during the evidence stage.
• Update modality options and remove the standalone iEEG option.

Search

• Surface AI summary matches on dataset cards.
• Display matched text in info.Description on dataset cards to better explain search results.

Preview

• Update the OrbitControls source to a compatible Three.js r145 version after the original URL became unavailable.

Testing

• Verified EEG file detection and modality classification in AutoBIDSify.
• Verified AI search matches are displayed correctly on dataset cards.
• Verified MRI/NIfTI preview loads successfully and 3D preview renders correctly.
