MOABB 1.7.0 fixes offline cached-data access and makes dataset bubble plots reproducible.

  • BaseDataset.get_data now uses a complete processing cache before NEMAR prefetch, so cached datasets remain usable when NEMAR or the network is unavailable.
  • dataset_bubble_plot now has reproducible layouts by default and accepts random_state for controlled alternatives.
