MOABB 1.7.1 keeps locally cached upstream dataset data usable when NEMAR is unreachable through a proxy or another HTTP transport failure.

  • Catch leaked httpx.TransportError exceptions at all NEMAR download boundaries.
  • Preserve the default auto provider fallback to the dataset's own downloader.
