Hotfix 0.1.22

Hotfix.

• No more crash after closing Credits or Quit Game. Opening either one froze the game underneath while the menu read the controller, and on some machines the game could not recover once it was unfrozen. The game now keeps running while they are open; it just does not receive your button presses.
• All Worlds now covers every character. The mod only looked at regular minifigures, so characters stored elsewhere, such as Jake and the Powerpuff Girls, could not enter every world. It now covers 134 characters instead of 101. If you have All Worlds enabled, the update re-applies it for you.
