0.1.4
Pre-releaseSettings that stick, and every world open to everyone.
Every launch is no longer the first launch
The game kept showing the same update and news popups on every single start, as
if it had never run before. It writes those "already seen" flags into its own
profile settings, and the runtime was quietly throwing every one of them away:
the game leaves the type field of the record unset, so the kernel saw an
unknown type and dropped the write. The type is now taken from the setting id,
where it has been all along. Dismiss a popup once and it stays dismissed.
New mod: All Worlds
Every character opens every adventure world, Year 1 and Year 2 alike. Place any
figure and all thirty worlds are yours. It works the way the cut Lord Vortech
character did: each playable figure gets the hub-access tags he carried. 101
character configs are patched, across the update and every DLC pack, and
nothing else is touched.
Turn it on in F8, apply, restart.
New mod: Super Sonic Infinite
Super Sonic stays until you cancel him instead of draining studs. Needs the
Sonic Level Pack installed.
Mods can reach the DLC archives
Until now a mod could only change the update's files, which left every DLC
character out of reach. Mods can now patch the DLC packs as well, and a mod that
names a DLC you do not own is skipped with a note in the log instead of failing
and leaving nothing applied. If a mod refused to apply and the console said
modcli apply returned 1, this is the release that fixes it.
Everything from 0.1.1 through 0.1.3 is included: the crash on ropes and vines,
the fix for the game running on the integrated GPU, and the draw resolution
scale defaulting to 1.
Updating: press F4, Updates, and let it install, or run the
installer over your existing folder. Your saves are kept.
