Hotfix 0.1.6

Three small ones.

• Keyboard shortcuts work in the settings menu. Ctrl+V, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+A never reached it, so a path could not be pasted into a field.
• The log says which build it is, so a report no longer has to start by working that out.
• An update pack now fits any install from 0.1.0 onward. It used to be a diff against the one release before it, so skipping a release meant downloading the pack only to be told it could not finish the job. If that happened to you, this update goes through.

Updating: press F4, Updates, and let it install, or run the installer over your existing folder. Your saves are kept.
