v1.0: RPCS3 Seamless Toypad Build

Standalone snapshot of RPCS3 with a loopback TCP listener for the emulated
LEGO Dimensions Toypad, wire-compatible with harrysof's Cemu Remote Toypad
build so the LegoToypad companion app works unchanged.

Base: upstream RPCS3 0059e4e (v0.0.42-19788), plus:
  - rpcs3/Emu/Io/DimensionsListener.h/.cpp - listener thread, TCP framing,
    LOAD/REMOVE/MOVE handling, picker input-mute watcher
  - rpcs3/Emu/Io/Dimensions.cpp - start/stop the listener with the device
  - build files - add the new sources to CMake and MSVC projects

Upstream README kept as README-RPCS3.md. GPLv2 as upstream; this repository
is the complete corresponding source for the published binary.
