rustyfi v0.2.0 — compile-clean reliability overhaul

Contract validation, item-preserving regeneration, context-enriched fixes,
and the opt-in agentic deep-fix doctor (--deep). prompt-cache hard case:
117 -> 4 errors across the effort. Adds the aarch64-linux binary missing
from v0.1.0 (rustls TLS).
