What are size limitations for the aio? #49

Hey Buddy. First of all - perfect design and thank you for your work. I'm currently at the building process of my bc250, and now I've built the nexus case from makerworld with the air-cooling. but it is too loudy and hot so i decided to try and build with the aio water cooling and your project is the only one which provide completed case for lc. After research your project i have some questions about choosing aio. I have flex psu and you wrote that the only option of aio for the redux case is the thermalright aqua elit, which unfortunately is no available in my country or at very high price. What the point of taking only this one aio, is it something about dimensions or about special pimp mounts? I wanna try find some similar aio on my market and build this case. Also I know that you already dropped v2 here. Could you please tell me which case will be better for my setup and what should i pay attention for while choosing the aio |

Alright, get it. I'm working at the PC store and i have a lot of different AIOs which are 48mm pump height regarding to manufacture's, so i can test different of them and maybe will find new models which can fit to your design -> This would be very helpful for others. Few more questions. Which case should I choose for thus testing? Pro v1, or pro v2? -> PRO-V2, dont bother with the first one. And about your design of the aio mount - as i can see v2 is developed specially for thermalright mounts. V1 is more flexible in case different mounts, or no? And what socket mounts it uses? 1700/1851/am4/am5? -> They both support the same, just the version 2 is more refined, it uses LGA-1700 And can I use other adapters for coolers mounting from the bc250 community, or it wouldn't fit with your case? -> No idea, I have never even looked at anyone elses mounting systems, the only ones I have seen were pretty average, I wouldn't use them, mine is designed to last, its extemely durable. Its the height mainly, cant be any higher than 48mm from cold plate to the top of the pump, many others will fit in my mount, most that use a proper 4 bolt LGA1700 mounting arrangement will fit, no more than 74.5mm diameter pump/block, but its the height that is the biggest issue, I haven't seen any others as low profile as the Thermalright.
Now if your going to use the FSP500-30AS PSU, then you might be okay, but I need to confirm this when I do my next build, but the the below image is based on the Metalfish 550M and similar Flex-ATX, and the Server PSU are even worse and sit right over the top:
