Nexalis Power BI connector v0.9.2

Adds Nexalis to Power BI Desktop's Get Data window: browse your sites and
equipment in a tree, tick the series you want, and load them.

Download Nexalis-PowerBI-Connector.zip below, unzip it keeping the files
together, close Power BI Desktop completely, and run
Install Nexalis Power BI connector.bat.

The install asks for administrator rights once, to trust our signature. Power BI
refuses a connector whose signing thumbprint it does not recognise, even a signed
one, so that step is what makes the connector loadable.

You will need your Nexalis endpoint and a read token.
