New features

• PortMux feature speedy and high throughput internal manager ( without any action on OS's iptables ) for:
  • Hysteris/Hysteris2 internal multiport
  • IP-Limit fully control internally (also sync between all the nodes)
  • Speedlimit for each user (per node)
