Fix chat tool execution timeline and error states

Summary

• Render tool calls as compact flight-recorder rows in chat
• Preserve chronological execution segments instead of grouping all tools together
• Fix realtime failed tool projection so error payloads become errored tool cards
• Render nested tool error payloads in chat details instead of generic fallback text
• Avoid showing stopped/aborted chats as generic errors; show an inline aborted marker instead
