- Added a new column to the File Manager showing the File Link type.

Bugfixes
- Fixed multiple plugin toggle by hitting the spacebar.
- Restored Archive Invalidation for Oblivion, Fallout 3 and NV.
- Tweaks to Get Mod info: it should be quicker and more reliable.
- Changed a few Plugin Manager column names to avoid confusion.
