- Category View overhaul.
- Added new option to the Plugin tab allowing you to hide the FE plugin indexes from the LO Index column.

Bugfixes
- Fixed last issue causing NMM to always open the File Manager on startup.
- Fixed issue causing the grid to automatically reset to the top when performing some operations in Category view.
- Removed "Category" in front of each category when in Category view.
