Hotfix
- Fixed category assignment issues that could move multiple mods at once when changing categories.
- Fixed legacy category migration issues that could incorrectly place existing mods under Unassigned.
- Added recovery for repository categories affected by previous category-ID migrations.
- Fixed .txt file conflicts sometimes being silently overwritten without prompting after mod deactivation/reactivation.
