This release contains some bugfixes and improvements to the backend code:

  • Add getglobaltransaction into the core
  • Fix spending flags for unconfirmed change outputs and their according balance
  • Improve sequential reads code and performance
  • Fix account names for coinbase and coinstake transactions
  • Update listtransactions to support better reporting of coinstake transactions
  • Cleanup exit sequences and joining of threads
  • Improve memory usage by removing unnecessary copying inside wallet
  • Cleanup exception code left from over from legacy core
  • On checkwallet, verify that inputs are spent in memory pool as well as disk
  • Cleanup unnecessary code inside wallet for request tracking
  • Remove deep copies of map wallet and replace with shallow copies
  • General stability and memory improvements to the wallet class
  • Remove transactions from memory pool once confirmed to reduce memory footprint
