V1.0.6 - 26.2 support, quality of life improvements

Changes:

• Added support for 26.2 version
• Added ability to block minimap in specific worlds (disallowed-worlds config property)
• Added /mm admin clean-cache command for automatic cache cleaning
• Added check for non-existant worlds in cache (validate-worlds config property)
• Added automatic updates for lang files (QoL)
• Config updates are not so invasive now (QoL)
• Cache loading little faster now
• Removed useless max-tiles-in-ram config property

Patches for BetterHUD will be available after the release of BetterHUD 26.2 support.
