V4 Approval systems

V4 Approval systems:

• The admin can assign the forms to different departments for review based on the design of the workflow rules.
• Manager of the department, as a default, receives the assigned forms. They can review or delegate to another person at the same level or a lower level in the same department
• The employee can review the form or delegate the review job to another employee in the same department.

Trois User can create 4 forms directly in their accounts.
Trois Admin can freely control, approved, rejected all form types.
Trois User can merge or create account in the Uranium system by the Trois accounts.

Admins can view, approve/reject, or live-sign forms.

Live Signature Support: Forms support digital signatures using an HTML5 + base64 backend storage.

PDF Generation: Submitted forms are converted to signed PDFs for record keeping.

Admin Panel: Built-in panel for managing users, roles, and viewing submission activity.
