This release adds the client-side receiver for separately opted-in V2.1 dashboard action intents while preserving the read-only V1 monitoring model by default.

Upgrade Notes

No breaking changes. Existing dashboard polling remains read-only unless a site administrator explicitly opts this client into V2.1 action requests from the paired dashboard.
