This patch release adds Alynt Plugin Updater compatibility and refreshes release packaging for public GitHub updates.

Upgrade Notes

A site currently running v0.1.0 may need this v0.1.1 package installed manually once, because v0.1.0 did not include the updater metadata header. Future releases can then be detected by Alynt Plugin Updater.
