1. Alerts that have the same description but different language instructions will now combine into one alert message with a ton of instructions in different languages.
2. Instructions now have a language label next to them.
3. Added smart category mapping via keyword for certain alerts in translations.py.
4. Fixed typos and added categories to the extras files
5. Updated translations.py
