Nick's fork of PokeFinder 5.1.4

-added proper accounting for dppt step encounter 5% chance to allow for an encounter despite being on cooldown (indicated as step encounter advances with 0 steps required; must stop 2 advances before them instead of 1 before, as this 5% roll consumes an additional rng advance)

-changed cooldown to display the actual final number, instead of -1

-fixed gen 4 wild hgss safari zone area ui looking funky
