Nick's fork of PokeFinder 5.2.0

-finished (probably lol) Gen 4 Poke Radar implementation
-added HGSS Rock Smash items Gen 4 tool
-added right click menu entry "Go to Generator" for most Gen 4 and 5 searcher tabs that auto fills out all relevant fields such as the seed, location, lead etc. and marks the target Advance red (color can be adjusted or turned off in the settings)
-merged main PokeFinder updates in
->upgraded the new Phenomena items Gen 5 tool

-several minor bugfixes
