Restore Race Control timestamps and respect Home Assistant time preferences
The live data card now displays Race Control timestamps correctly using your Home Assistant time zone preference. Times follow your selected 12-hour, 24-hour, language, or system format, while circuit times retain the circuit's time zone.
Restore session clock updates in the F1 Sensor integration
Session elapsed time, remaining time and the three-hour race limit now update continuously. Correct pause, resume and session-end handling prevents time jumps and keeps final values stable. Integration reloads and shutdowns now clean up reliably, including when the connection cannot close normally. Fixes #641.

Clarify the scope of historical tyre troubleshooting notes
The tyre troubleshooting notes now clearly describe observations from the 2026 Chinese Grand Prix. They distinguish that past investigation from current live-session behavior and clarify how to collect evidence for a new issue.
