New features

  • Add ability to dismiss and restore traffic events
    Users can now dismiss individual traffic events to hide them from the dashboard. Dismissed events are stored persistently in Home Assistant and synchronized across all devices. The integration exposes three new services: dismiss_event, restore_event, and restore_all_events. Sensors now include a dismissed_count attribute showing how many events are currently hidden. Events can be configured to reappear automatically when updated or remain permanently hidden until manually restored.

  • Blueprint for notification
    A simple blueprint for notification for incidents

    Open your Home Assistant instance and show the blueprint import dialog with a specific blueprint pre-filled.

  • Improve HTTP API communication with Trafikverket
    Updated to follow modern Home Assistant standards for improved stability and better error messages.
    Note: Entity IDs will change to include trafikinfo_se_ prefix (e.g., sensor.trafikinfo_se_hinder), but Home Assistant will automatically update most references.

  • Icon caching now runs in the background to speed up startup
