Introduce the PR Diff Tasks Github action. Allows you to set up config files around the repo that can control:

  • Users or Teams to request reviews from automatically
  • Users to assign to the PR
  • Labels to attach to the PR
  • Comments to post to the PR
    All based off the diff of the PR. Both the file paths of the altered files as well as the diff of the file contents that changed. You can have these tasks always happen, or similiar to CODEOWNERS you can have the "last match" of a file be the only tasks triggered for that filepath. a powerful tool with a lot of possibilities
