New app icon

UniView has a proper icon now: a cube and a magnifying glass on a blue tile. It shows clearly on the taskbar, the window and UniView.exe, even at small sizes. The old placeholder was a squashed screenshot.

If you pinned an older UniView to the taskbar, unpin it and pin the new UniView.exe. Windows caches icons.

Everything from 1.1.1 is included (the empty-texture fix and 15 games marked as working).

Unzip UniView-v1.1.2-win64.zip and run UniView.exe. You don't need Python. (Windows 64-bit.)
