No changes to the library. The test that declares a weak let property is now compiled under compiler(>=6.3) instead of swift(>=6.2). weak let (SE-0481) is implemented in Swift 6.3, and the old condition let a Swift 6.2 compiler reach it, so the test target failed to build there.
