No changes to the library. The two tests that check what happens to unretained tasks no longer run their work on Queue.background, whose background QoS can be starved on simulators. Each test now uses its own serial queue, holds it with a semaphore and releases it after dropping its references, so the outcome no longer depends on scheduling.
