Make UI layouts dynamic and adjust sizes

Refactor form layouts to use dynamic vertical positioning and avoid hardcoded control coordinates. In AddInMenuForm: increased client/minimum size, removed fixed Locations for several controls and introduced runtime positioning (chkWordWrap, chkAutoCloseBrackets, theme/font controls, tip, labels, and numericUpDowns); added tip label and a few control fields; removed an immediate textBox.Theme assignment. In CodeEditor.FunctionSelectForm: switched title to AutoSize, repositioned listbox, added a tip label, moved OK/Cancel buttons to follow content, and adjusted ClientSize to fit controls. Also updated build artifacts: AssemblyInformationalVersion changed and generated editorconfig project path casing normalized; assets/cache files updated.

Adjust UI layout and update build metadata

Increase dialog/control sizes and enable label wrapping for better layout: enlarge 'Commands file' button, add AutoSize/MaximumSize to several labels and the tip, expand FunctionSelectForm height and listbox, and move OK/Cancel buttons. Update assembly informational version and SourceLink commit hash. Rebuild artifacts and signatures updated (DLLs, PDBs, setup EXE, .manifest and .vsto), reflecting the new build.
