Bug Fixes

  • CRITICAL: Validator regex mis-parsed RE-PLAN transitions — validate-plan.mjs regex [→\->] char class included literal -, causing RE-PLAN → PLAN to be split as RE + - + PLAN and flagged as invalid. Fixed with \s+(?:→|->)\s+.
  • Orphan warning false positive — bootstrap.mjs new warned about "orphaned directories from a previous crash" whenever closed plans existed without an active pointer. Now only warns when pointer file exists but points to a non-existent directory.
  • Validator missing summary.md check — added WARN-level check for summary.md existence when plan state is CLOSE.
  • Resume missing verification.md — bootstrap.mjs resume now lists verification.md in recovery files output.

Tests

  • Updated orphan warning test + added no-false-warning test. 90 tests total (was 89).
