🏷️ Custom Tags (Placeholders)

These can be used inside your custom ticket message.

👤 User Tags

{username} → User’s username
{displayname} → Server nickname / display name
{userid} → User ID
{usertag} → User discriminator (####)
{mention} → Mentions the user

🏠 Server Tags

{server} → Server name
{serverid} → Server ID
{servericon} → Server icon URL
{membercount} → Total server members

📺 Channel Tags

{channel} → Current channel mention
{channelname} → Channel name

⏰ Time Tags

{time} → Current time (HH:MM:SS)
{date} → Current date (DD/MM/YYYY)

🖼️ Media Tags

{avatar} → Sets embed thumbnail to user avatar
{servericon} → Sets embed image to server icon

🎨 Custom Tag

{color:#HEX} → Changes embed color
Example: {color:#ff0000}
