๐Ÿš€ New

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Inventory. AlgaPSA now includes an end-to-end Inventory module for tracking stock across locations, purchase orders, and sales orders. It allows drill-in views, engineer and vehicle assignment, default-location handling, and safe activation/deactivation checks when stock is still assigned.

  • ๐Ÿงพ Sales Order Documents. Sales Orders can now generate downloadable confirmation, packing slip, and pick-list documents. These documents render through the document designer, support customizable templates and layouts, and can use per-client template overrides. Emailed order confirmations now automatically include the generated PDF.

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Contract Profitability Reporting. The contracts report has been rebuilt around per-contract profitability: revenue, labor cost, and hardware cost of goods, with ticket revenue allocated to the contracts that earned it. Hardware costs flow in automatically from Inventory stock consumption, so margins reflect what was actually sold and used.

  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Self-Hosted Appliance Management. On-premise appliance installs now include a post-install management surface for updates, control-plane status, license, and settings. The Essentials registration workflow has also been added to the Temporal worker flow.

  • ๐ŸŒ Custom Client-Portal Domains. On-premise appliance installs can now serve the client portal on a custom domain, with host detection and provisioning built into the appliance.

  • ๐ŸŒŽ Brazilian Portuguese & Brazilian Real. Brazilian Portuguese is now available across the web UI, outbound emails, and in-app notifications. Brazilian Real (BRL) is also now supported for Brazil-based billing, invoices, reports, and tenant currency configuration.

  • ๐Ÿงฉ Hudu Import & Sync. Hudu data can now be imported tenant-wide and kept current with daily auto-sync. The integration includes asset-layout mapping so imported Hudu records line up cleanly with AlgaPSA asset structures.

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ RMM & Security Contact Mapping. NinjaOne and Huntress organization mappings can now store a default contact. Incident tickets created from those integrations automatically receive the mapped contact, and admins can add a new contact inline from the integration pickers.

  • ๐Ÿ“ง Configurable Outbound Email From Address. The From address for outbound email is now configurable, and the ticketing sender display name can be set independently of the address.

  • ๐Ÿค– MCP Server Settings. MCP settings are easier to manage. Agent, activity, and provider tables now show useful identity details instead of raw OAuth storage records, and dead-end settings states have been removed. The MCP API registry is easier to search, and user-activities APIs are now exposed through it.

  • ๐Ÿ’ฑ Tenant Default Currency. Currency handling is now more consistent across billing flows. New records are created in the tenant's default currency, contract currency is derived from the client, and reports and invoices render in the configured currency. Invoices also apply the client's configured tax region.

  • โฑ๏ธ One-Off Time Entries. Users can now log ad-hoc time that is not tied to an existing schedule, making it easier to capture unscheduled work.

  • ๐Ÿชช Self-Host License Page. The license page now links directly to purchase and seat management, and adds a "Refresh license now" action.

  • ๐Ÿ“‹ User Activities Filters. The activities list adds a "date created" filter, hides tasks from closed projects, and supports removing individual filter chips. Date filters now handle timezones correctly and persist reliably.

  • ๐Ÿ” Billing Cadence Resync. Changing a client's billing cadence now automatically re-materializes service periods so billing schedules stay aligned after cadence updates.


๐ŸŽจ Redesigns & Polish

  • ๐ŸŽ›๏ธ Client Command Center. The client detail screen has been rebuilt from a 12-tab layout into a live dashboard: identity and quick actions up top, an attention strip surfacing exceptions from across modules, a grid of live status cards (one per domain), and a unified timeline merging events from every module. All existing tab screens remain reachable as full-height focus views, and existing links and bookmarks (including ?tab= deep links) keep working.

  • ๐Ÿฑ Ticket Bento Layout. Ticket detail pages now offer a bento-grid view alongside the classic form layout, toggleable per user. The grid centers on a single chronological timeline that interleaves client replies, internal notes, time entries, system changes, and linked alerts. SLA clocks, checklist progress, time logged, billing status, and the next scheduled visit sit in surrounding tiles.

  • ๐Ÿ“‡ Contact Detail Redesign. Contact pages follow the same bento approach: key details, activity, and quick actions on one screen, replacing the old form-first layout.

  • ๐Ÿ“Š Shared DataTable Updates. Boards settings, billing, RMM mappings, and MCP settings now use the shared DataTable experience. Borders and gridlines have also been softened for a cleaner look.

  • ๐ŸŽซ Ticket List Refresh. The ticket list now uses the refined list layout with active-filter chips, and list styling is unified between the MSP view and the client portal.

  • ๐Ÿข Client Identity in Lists. Client columns in list tables now show the client logo alongside the client name.

  • ๐Ÿงฑ Board Dialog Cleanup. Board dialogs have been refactored for a more consistent editing experience.

  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Project Status Filtering. The projects list now includes a status filter in the refined filter bar.

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Activity List Alignment. Activity-list icons and accents are now aligned between the web and mobile experiences.

  • โฑ๏ธ Time Entry List Cleanup. Unused timesheets and periods have been removed from the Time Entry list.

  • ๐Ÿ“ฎ Managed Email DNS Verification. Managed-email DNS verification now shows the DNS host separately from the full record name, making DNS setup easier to follow.

  • Fixed quote tax calculations and ensured quotes use the client's configured tax region.

  • Fixed ad-hoc schedule entries failing to save, and corrected RMM alert timestamps on NinjaOne tickets.

Control-plane reboots no longer silently revert settings to the baked baseline, and the workflow worker now survives a Temporal startup race.

  • Financial API. Invoice and financial list endpoints now return live data, invoice PDF download is wired up, and a finance webhook has been added. The OpenAPI spec is updated to match.

  • Temporal Migration Work. Continued the Temporal install path and workflow-to-Temporal migration work.

  • Documentation. Updated documentation, including the on-premise appliance ISO install guide.


๐Ÿ“ฑ Mobile App โ€” v1.3.0

  • ๐Ÿ‘ค User Activities. The mobile app now includes User Activities with filters, groups, and icons, backed by extended v1 activities APIs for filters, sorting, and grouping.

  • โฑ๏ธ Ticket Timer. Technicians can now start and stop a time-tracking timer directly from a ticket in the mobile app, with server-backed timer sessions and notifications.

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Inventory. The new Inventory module is available now. Set up your locations and products to start tracking stock across locations, purchase orders, and sales orders.

  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Mobile. Update the mobile app to version 1.3.0 to get User Activities and the new ticket timer.
